  • Where can I find the link to my NFT?

    • Go to the marketplace where you have you NFT at (OpenSea, Rarible, JGPStore, etc.). Copy the web address (url) of the page that you can view your NFT and paste on the NFT URL address input field and we will do the rest.

     

  • Can I print any NFT?

    • We strongly recommend that you only print the NFTs that you have ownership to and the IP rights to reproduce the NFT on other medias. If you not sure first check with the project team.

     

  • How to buy more than 1 product on the same order?

    • To buy more than one product on the same order please choose your product add the NFT url to the input field then add product to cart and repeat this process for as many products as you want.

     

  • Can I pay in crypto?

    • Yes. We accept the most common crypto tokens. You can pay in ADA using "Pay in crypto with NOWPayments" option or in ETH, MATIC, APE, BTC, LTC and others using "Coinbase Commerce" option in the payments page.

     

  • Is Shipping free?

    • Yes. We offer worldwide free shipping on all our products.

     

  • How long until I get my order?

    • This may vary depending on the product you order and how many products are in your order. Usually orders take from 2 to 4 business days for processing, and shipping times vary from 4 to 12 business days.
